“I will never use Townsend again he got 4,000 and did nothing for us.when he took our case he promises it would be hadled with in that 4,000. Then wanted another 4,000 to keep going. We are not rich people. We feel he robed us of our money!”

Attorney Townsend was incredibly transparent from the outset of the consultation that accomplishing all of our client’s goals would not be possible in only $4,000 worth of time spent working the case due to the contentious and complicated nature of the legal issues, but that we could accomplish the client’s highest priority goal – which we did achieve. Attorney Townsend offered a very generous payment plan in order to pay for the continued work it would require to address the next most important goals in the case, and our client repeatedly declined the payment plan. When our office stops getting paid for the work we do, we are forced to withdraw from the case, which is why we stopped representing our client.
